Our family & dog friendly home is central to all your beach vacation needs. Renovated in April 2023, you'll be delighted at the cleanliness and updates throughout the space. The living area is open to both the dining and kitchen spaces making it ideal for gathering with loved ones. Enjoy a cup of coffee or cold beverage on the private deck overlooking the natural surroundings of our sound side community. Magnolia Sound has all the comforts of home to make your stay easy and relaxing.
You will find a fully stocked kitchen to feed the family (up to six) and large screen smart Roku TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. As well as a small library including several games to make the indoor times more enjoyable. Hoping to relieve some of the stress of packing we offer extra items for your convenience. For our 4-legged friends, we have items such as dog bowls, 36" crate, dog bed mat, and more for your use. And for our young families we have a pack n' play crib, booster chair, crib sheets and soft blankets, as well as sand toys and pool items ready for your little one.

Here at Magnolia Sound we welcome you to the quiet neighborhood of Oyster Pointe, central to the town of Kill Devil Hills.
Enjoy our community pool and tennis courts as well as exploring the walking paths nestled in the Carolina pines, oak trees and magnolias throughout the complex.
The convenient location can't be beat! We are less than 1 mile from the beach and just minutes away from local experiences including mini golf, the Wright Bros Memorial, Jockey Ridge State Park and more. Bring your bike and walking shoes to explore the sound along the Wright Bros Multi Use Path only a few steps away. And let's not forget the less exciting task of grocery shopping... Find all your needs from toiletries and ingredients to fresh fully cooked meals and cold beverages just down the street at the local Publix grocery!
