Hi! We are Megan & Chadd, the proud owners of our beach condo we've named, Magnolia Sound. Our primary home is based in Marriottsville, MD  where we are busy raising three boys, ages 5 (twins) and 7. Our four-legged companion who is a true beach babe is 9 yr old Mira, who we believe is a mixed breed of Vizsla & Lab. 

  We have been visiting the Outer Banks for many years and have family who live year round in Kill Devil Hills. Eager to find a place to build memories and share experiences with our family, we bought our Oyster Pointe condo in March 2023. We fell in love with the proximity to all amenities and conveniences in the area, as well as the safe neighborly atmosphere we found at Oyster Pointe. The months after consisted of dramatic renovations and furnishing- a labor of love! We wrapped up our finishing touches just in time for the Summer 2023 season where we welcomed guests from all over the US to enjoy our space and call it their own during their visits.
