"Amazing Stay!" VRBO Guest
This VRBO was clean, well maintained and in a fantastic location that made exploring the OBX very convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful which made our stay much more relaxing. We brought our dog and we really appreciated that they provided a crate and dog bowls for our stay. The complex was relaxed and quiet throughout our time there. It felt very safe, and a dog friendly neighborhood. We would absolutely stay again!

We are very fortunate to have acquired the date that was needed to make my family’s vacation perfect! Your place hit the mark on all levels! Not only was it a peaceful respite from the house that our 4 children & young families were renting for the week, but it was the perfect location to enjoy our friends who live nearby and enjoy the pool on days we opted not to go to the beach! The grandchildren had fun, too! We look forward to next year, too! Thanks a million! ☀️

We really enjoyed the condo. It was nice, clean & comfortable. I think much of the furniture was new. Megan was very responsive and helpful, gave us some suggestions for things to do because we had a lot of rain. We had some trouble with our access code and she fixed it within 10 minutes. There were necessities to get us started (2 dishwasher & laundry pods, etc), and items for our dog. The site was very quiet and seemed safe. We enjoyed the pool access as well. The condo is also very close to Publix and other stores.(which is great, just keep in mind that traffic can get heavy on that main strip). Thank you!

Everyone loved the property and the location. The host was great to communicate with. She was probably the quickest host to reply to messages that I've ever had. I don't think it ever took her longer than 5 minutes to reply. She was great to deal with and should 100% teach the masterclass for all hosts! Seriously, if you're looking at this place, don't even bother comparing to others. Just pull the trigger and rent it. I promise you won't be disappointed!

We enjoyed the clean and cute apartment. The mattresses were super comfy and the pet-friendly accommodations made our trip special. Communication and price were good. Location was convenient and it was nice to have access to the pool. Thoughtful touches like pool noodles, touch thermostat, plenty of dining seating and beach chairs made this simple stay feel easy and fun.

We had a great stay despite a rainy weekend. This condo is beautifully updated & is so conveniently located. The beach & shops are a short drive away. The host is very responsive & kept us up to date with everything. We will definitely be back!

Megan’s place was absolutely perfect. It’s newly renovated and was one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The condo was equipped with everything that is needed plus extra! She even had some dog toys, bowls, games, books, a high chair seat, dog crate, and so much more! Megan was my favorite Airbnb host. She was very responsive and even gave me recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to eat at. I’d highly recommend staying at Megan’s place and hope to book with her again in the future!

We loved our stay at Magnolia Sound. We have never been to the Outer Banks and wanted a place we could bring our dog. Meagan was great about recommendations for places to go with our dog and about other local things to do. She was extremely prompt at responding and checking in to see if there was anything else we needed. The neighbors were all friendly and the pool was perfect for me and my family. We would definitely return.

Megan is a wonderful host and her condo is beautiful! There is a pool, tennis courts, a walking path, and a Publix grocery store right near by. Condo looks newly renovated. She was extremely responsive and helpful. You do have to bring your own sheets, as a small heads up. :)

Megan is a dream host! Warm & kind… so easy to work with & always had super quick responses.Located bayside in Kitty Hawk, OBX… her condo is tucked in a serene, woodsy area that gives you an immediate sense of tranquility & peace.Inside was immaculate, beautiful & pristine… aesthetically designed & laid out. Stocked with everything we could need. She quickly sent several recommendations when I asked.Beach days were effortless! It’s about a 2 min drive with easy to find, public parking areas. Mini Golf at the top of the road. A huge water park about 20 min north. Sand dunes where you can watch the most stunning sunsets. Museums, shopping, restaurants… everywhere. Drive to the southern end for the day, take the free ferry ride to Ocracoke. (Trust me, it’s worth it!) The possibilities to explore & create unforgettable memories are endless.Bottom line… Megan provides you with everything you need to experience the most amazing vacation getaway. All you have to do is enjoy! :)
